Connect power on phone to pc to establish connection and then transfer herm_unlock_v3.exe TO PHONE
DL herm_unlock_v3.exe [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
On the Treo click herm_unlock_v3.exe (press start/prog/filemanager to look for the herm_unlock)
On the Treo follow the instructions - check off SIM
On the Treo click "Unlock" and wait for it to finish,
